Within 2 hours of ordering, yes — write to us at once via the contact page. After that the atelier may already have sealed the box, and the 30-day return takes over.
Do you gift-wrap?
Every creation ships in its signature box with dust bag. Add a written card by leaving a note at checkout.

How do I verify authenticity?
Each piece is numbered inside and comes with its certificate; the monogram is woven, never printed. More in our anti-counterfeiting policy.
How should I care for my bag?
Simply: dust bag, no perfume, no rain, a damp cloth at most. The full ritual is in the care guide.
